This baby monitor has been a great purchase. The video quality is clear, the sound is very good, and the connection is stable. It gives me peace of mind to see and hear my baby at all times, even at night thanks to the night vision. It’s easy to set up and use, and the screen quality is excellent. Highly recommended for parents looking for safety and peace of mind.

The camera itself had a good picture quality. It looks clear and good quality with adequate lighting, and the night view is decent as well and allows you to see baby even in dark. The sound is OK both ways - you can hear well and the sound from phone/monitor to camera is decent too. The manual isn't very thorough at all. It helps you set it up and includes very basic info, but there are many features with this between the app and handheld monitor and the manual doesn't expain them or offer help at all for most. The app has some FAQ, but it's not very user friendly or easy to navigate, and it doesn't explain the features at all. They include an email that you can use for other questions, but that is not convenient as who wants to wait for an answer and who knows how long that will stay active, and how adequate the response will be. I had to play around with it to figure out how to adjust alarm frequency or settings, and something like that seems pretty basic/standard and should be clea

Suite à un petit souci avec le micro sur mon premier appareil, j’ai contacté le service client.
